Download and install the Sysinfo exchange OST recovery tool. Now select 32-bit or 64-bit depending upon your MS Outlook version & then click on OK button.

Click on "Open" tap from the taskbar menu & browse the corrupted OST file from the system.

After that, choose the OST file from the folder which you want to repair.

Now select from the three recovery modes i.e. Standard, Advanced and Deep. These recovery modes depend upon corruption level.

For identify OST file type, click in the checkbox of "Handle Alignment errors in OST files" and "Auto Detect". If OST file is encrypted, select the encryption type accordingly and click on OK button.

Within a few seconds, the scanning process will be completed and all the items will be displayed in the tree structure in the right pane. Click OK button to continue.

Now you can see the preview of all your mail items. Select the emails which you want to preview in details.

Select the mailbox folder which you want to save and click on Save tap from the taskbar. After that choose the location where you want to save the recovered OST file & click OK.

Now select the file format among EML, DBX, MSG, PST, MBOX and Archive to save the output file. Also, click on the checkbox of “Hirerachy starts without Top of Personal Folder in MS Outlook” and “Attach PST file to MS Outlook”. Then click on the OK button to continue.

In a few seconds, saving process will be completed. Then click OK to exit.
